Follow the links (with the pictures) below to enter the category of your choice.

Simply send us your recipes for your two-course menu incorporating the compulsory ingredients.  All entries must include the full method for your recipes and photographs of each dish entered..

Professional Chef

Any age and working as a sous chef/pastry chef or above.
