Head Chef, Rick Stein, Sandbanks
Sam trained on the Specialised Chefs’ course at Bournemouth and Poole College and after graduating, worked at Boodles Club in London. From there he moved on to the Dorchester Hotel for two years before moving back to his home town of Poole in 2016 to work at Rick Stein Sandbanks, progressing from demi chef to taking the reins as head chef in 2022..
