    Martin Blake, originally from Frome, in Somerset, has spent his career in some of the South West’s finest establishments, including The Manor House in Castle Combe, the Bath Priory and Homewood.  Martin is currently the head chef of the iconic Royal Crescent Hotel, were he and his team were awarded 3AA rosettes in 2022.  Martin’s favourite food is a good Sunday roast and on his time out of the kitchen, he enjoys woodland walks with his girlfriend and their dog Ted.
